Wigs are NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE due to health risks/infection control.
If a wig is defective upon arrival, you have five business days to reach out to WBR at wigsbyrobin@gmail.com and send pics of defective wig. It is up to owner discretion but should be allowed a exact replacement or store credit if no longer available. Wig would have to be returned. If defective, WBR will pay for returned shipping.
Cancellations: NO CANCELLATIONS on PRE ORDERS. This product is in production and ordered specifically for you. If you just placed an order and need to cancel within first hour, reach out to WBR at wigsbyrobin@gmail.com and ask for assistance. In some cases we cannot refund immediately depending on your payor source/bank institution but will help if we can.
Clothing/Shoes/Accessories: Returns allow within ten business days of receipt as long as tags intact and not worn/used. Unless defective, customer is responsible for returned shipping. Owner will evaluate the product for use and determine refund/store credit.
